Hannah Rice crowned Queen of Rosaria

Saturday morning in a ceremony ahead of the Rose Festival Grand Floral Parade, Hannah Rice was crowned the Queen of Rosaria.

Rice is a 17-year-old senior at Madison High School.

She Plans to pursue a career in Theater, Education or Psychology.

Rice is a two-time State Semifinalist in Speech and Debate, Section Leader in Choir, Freshman Vocalist of the Year, Roles in ten plays, Living Editor and Copy Editor of the school paper, Six semesters on the Honor Roll, Varsity Letter in Academic Excellence.

She enjoys reading, knitting, video games, singing show tunes and playing the ukulele.

Queen Rice and 14 princesses will appear on a replica of a 1946 float sponsored by Radio Cab in the Grand Floral Parade.
