Storm could bring power outages

The first strong storm of Fall is moving into the Northwest Sunday.  The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for the region.

At the coast winds would gust to 55 miles an hour.  In the Portland area wind gusts could reach 30 miles an hour.

Power companies are prepared for outages, because with leaves still on trees the winds could send tree limbes into power lines.
